Erica was fantastic! Worked patiently to meet my tight schedule. The only glitch was the Silver package car wash. Outside was fine but inside was insufficient. She promptly addressed it and I will reschedule a ti.e for the inside re-do.

I brought my truck in for an oil change and the steering wheel is not lining up with the wheels. I asked for them to check and advise. No one told me that they were going to do an alignment I did not request an alignment. I was told that my truck was ready. Then I was told they did an alignment. I paid because I was told it fixed the issue. It did not fix the issue. This was a last resort to use Bristol Chevrolet due to the urgency of needing an oil change. I have had several issues with this dealership in the past. Unless my need is urgent I will not return to the service department at Bristol.

I had a 2016 camaro before I got my 2022, I use to take it to Champion untill something bad happened there, I said with my new camaro I wont go there, So I have been bringing it to Bristol Chevrolet, I have to say its best, the customer service is great, and even had a tech come out and explain something to me I didnt know about the car. I have to say they all need a big pat on the back for thier great work they all car about thier customers. Im so glad I started coming to Bristol Chevrolet and Highly recommend it others. thanks to the employees there. for great customer service.

On the top of the list, although "my" mechanic has left for reasons that I understand and respect, I now have a new "my" mechanic. This mechanic now knows my Colorado as he knows me. He presented himself very respectfully and answered my questions in the same way. This is of utmost importance to me, because if you don't respect me and understand my vehicular needs me, how can you possibly respect my Chevy? These folks get it! And, therefore, they have my business and my respect.
