Everyone there was wonderful! I was traveling back home after a funeral when my car began to misbehave. My turbocharger pretty much died and I drove to the nearest Chevy service center. I called as I slowly drove in and they told me to just get in as safely as I could. Once there they helped me by stating that the part was under a warrenty, that they could fix the vehicle the next day , and that they could take me to a local hotel while my car remained there to be fixed. Everything was fixed by lunch time the next day and I was able to get. Thanks to them for being so friendly and helpful.

The intake was very good, friendly service associate and very accommodating. The actual service was the problem. After leaving for a simple tire rotation and oil change, my check engine light came on and my car sounded horrible. I notified the dealership as soon as I realized there was a problem. They put a code detector on the engine and several flags came up because the air filter was not plugged in. I’m not sure what all of the codes meant. They said that was the problem and apologized. The next day, my check engine light is on again. I have to take it back again to figure out what else was not done properly all the while trying to work. This has been a big inconvenience. I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but they should be much more thorough before someone drives off in a 40k vehicle. Oil changes are routine and I would expect that they can be done without any problems. This is the reason, I go to GM to get my service. During a previous visit, I had warranty work completed and had the transmission box replaced. I let them know when I brought my vehicle in that the transmission was not shifting properly. After driving it, they could not replicate what I was describing, but explained the previous employee did not complete a calibration that may have caused what ai was feeling. Again, I wonder if any further damage was created as a result of this? Sorry to say I have lost confidence in this dealership.

My service advisor Laurie and my technician John A-19 were amazing!!!!! John was thorough when completing my inspections and did an amazing job explaining everything to me. Laurie was great making sure I understood my pricing and even talked about future sales. They will be who I deal with going forward, every time I need service.

I received the utmost in courtesy and respect from customer service. Bristol Chevrolet was so much better than the other Chevrolet dealer in the area that I went an extra 10 miles farther from my home for service on my truck. I will return there the next time service is needed on any of my vehicles.

Laurie was the best. Made sure i was taken care of and that i was in and out quickly.
